My transition into the IT sector marked a pivotal moment. Through specialized certifications and training, I discovered my strength in quality assurance and process optimization. I am passionate about using my expertise to ensure top-tier quality in digital products and processes, and I look forward to seeking new opportunities where I can continue growing as a QA Analyst and contribute meaningful solutions in the IT industry.I have solid knowledge in software quality assurance, from test case design and execution, manual, to test management in JIRA, API testing with Postman, and the implementation of tools such as Android Studio and Figma. I know how to transform requirements and wireframes into test cases, document and analyze metrics, prepare reports, and ensure that processes meet high quality standards. I also have experience training artificial intelligence models and managing CRM platforms, reporting defects and collaborating to resolve them with product, engineering, and design teams.

My experience

At Teleperformance, I led quality control and methodology guidance for sales consultants, supporting them in exceeding KPIs. It was here that I first experienced the impact of user-centric quality strategies and how data-driven insights elevate business outcomes.At Viking Cruises, I took these skills further. I managed CRM systems, performed regression and functional testing, and developed actionable reports that informed operational decisions. One of my proudest achievements was training the Cresta AI tool, feeding it with critical parameters and conversational patterns, enabling automated quality assessment for customer service—this not only optimized internal processes but also enriched the end-user experience.

PROJECTS

Urban Routes
This project automates functional tests for the Urban Routes application using Python, Selenium, and Pytest under the Page Object Model (POM) pattern. This project involves testing the creation of a new product kit in the Urban Grocers app. Specifically, the "Name" field will be tested according to its requirements for creation.
